Round Post Clamps

These clamps eliminate the need for drilling to install signs on round posts. The clamps are strong yet easy to adjust.

The clamp bodies and arms are made of aluminum with zinc plated hardware. Each bag comes with the parts to make two clamps:

2x long bolts
2x short bolts
4x washers
4x nuts
2x clamp body
2x clamp arm

Installation

Tools needed:
1/2 inch socket wrench
1/2 inch socket reciprocal
10 inch crescent wrench

Round Post Clamp Assembly
Assembly

1: Flat/wide part of clamp body should face you
2: Insert clamp arm into body
curved end of arm fits into curved socket like a puzzle piece
3: Insert small bolt through hole in front, with the threads facing you
4: Place washer and nut onto threads and finger tighten
5: Place onto pole at desired height; arm will hinge open
6: Insert long bolt through back two holes
place washer and nut onto threads; finger tighten
7: Once secure, place sign by undoing front bolt
8: Place sign on to the threads, put washer and bolt on top. Tighten with tools
