Reverse Turn Left Sign Specifications

Two considerations drive the specification: the turns must be sharp rather than sweeping, which rules out W1-4L (Reverse Curve Left), and there must be exactly two of them, which rules out W1-5 (Winding Road). Because both turns sit close together, the advance sign is typically the only warning drivers receive before the first one, so placement upstream matters more than on a single-turn approach. W1-3R begins with a right.
