- What should I expect after placing my order?
- Many items ship the same or next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number for small packages or a PRO number for larger freight shipments.
- Can I request delivery on a specific date?
- Yes, if you need your signs delivered by a specific date, please call us in advance so we can make the necessary shipping arrangements.
Shipping & Delivery
- Many items ship the same or next business day.
- Small packages ship via UPS; tracking numbers are emailed to customers each evening.
- Larger orders ship by truck freight (LTL); PRO numbers are emailed to customers.
Free Shipping
- Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $100.
- Items eligible for free shipping include non-oversized metal traffic signs, roll-up signs, and stands that do not exceed certain sizes.
- Free shipping does not apply to poles, hardware, drums, channelizers, or barricades.
- Oversized items are excluded from free shipping, including any finished metal sign with any dimension of 36 inches or greater.
Returns & Replacements
- Errors made by Rice Signs will be replaced at our cost.
- Errors made by the customer will be subject to a restocking fee.
- Custom items are not returnable.
- Temporary traffic control items — including roll-up signs, stands, drums, and channelizers — are not returnable.
- Only approved items that are unused, unopened, and undamaged may be eligible for return.
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange and are subject to a restocking fee.
